By adding Adir Bot to your Discord server, accessing the dashboard, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Adir Bot.

You must meet the following requirements to use our Service:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or 13 with parental consent where permitted by local law)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service

Adir Bot provides Discord server management and security features including:

• Anti-nuke protection and security monitoring
• Automated content moderation
• Server backup and restoration features
• Moderation case management
• Ticket system for user support
• Message scheduling and interactive embeds

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• Ensure proper configuration of security features to avoid unintended actions

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Adir Bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your use at any time by removing the bot from your server.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

For users in the European Union, you have the right to seek resolution through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission:https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Finland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
